- What counts as an item?
- Anything with a date you can't afford to miss: a vendor contract, a professional license, an insurance policy, a state filing, a BAA, a certification, a domain.
- Can my team use it without seeing every client?
- Yes. Staff are assigned per client and see only those. Account owners and admins see the whole book of business.
- How do reminders arrive?
- In the app through the notification bell, and by email from Remi. Each person chooses in-app only or in-app plus email.
