Meet Remi, your renewal assistant

Everything that renews,
in one register.

Remindher tracks the contracts, licenses, policies, filings and domains your business runs on — and reminds you first, while there's still time to act.

Never remiss.

Remi · weekly read

Monday, 7:00am

Four items need you this week. The cyber policy renews in 9 days and still shows last year's limits. Two state registrations are inside their window, and one domain lapses in 21 days on auto-renew we can't confirm. Everything else is on track — I'll keep watching.

On track

A lapse is never one big failure. It's one small date nobody owned.

Renewal dates scatter across inboxes, shared drives and the head of whoever handled it last year. Remindher gives those dates a single home, an owner, and a voice that speaks up early.

This is what a register looks like

Not a screenshot from a slide deck — the actual Remindher interface, with statuses computing themselves as dates move.

The register

Every date, one table

Contracts, licenses, insurance, filings and domains sit side by side, sorted by what's most at risk. Colour tells you where you stand before you read a word.

  • Status computed from renewal date and lead time
  • Owner and vendor on every row
  • Filter by status straight from the KPI strip

What Remindher does

One register

Contracts, licenses, certifications, BAAs, insurance, filings and domains live in a single list — not five spreadsheets and someone's memory.

Status you can trust

Every item computes its own state: on track, due soon, overdue, or action needed. You always know where you stand at a glance.

Reminders that reach you

Beacons fire at 30, 14, 7, 1 and 0 days — in the app and by email — with escalation after a date slips. Cadence is yours to set.

Built for many clients

An account is your umbrella; each client is an isolated tenant. Staff only see the clients they're assigned to.

Domains, verified

Point Remindher at a domain and it pulls the real expiry from RDAP, then keeps the register honest.

Isolation by default

Row-level security separates every client's data, with roles from owner down to read-only and an audit trail of what changed.

Live in an afternoon

01

Bring your dates in

Import a CSV, add items by hand, or let the domain connector look up expiries for you.

02

Set the cadence

Pick the account default — 30, 14, 7, 1, 0 days — and override it on any item that deserves a longer runway.

03

Let Remi watch

Remi checks daily, raises what's near, writes the weekly read, and tells you in plain language what needs a decision.

Made for the people who get blamed for a lapse

Managed IT providers

Client contracts, renewals, certificates and domains across a whole book.

Healthcare practices

BAAs, credentialing, malpractice cover and accreditation dates.

Operations leaders

Vendor agreements, insurance, registrations and everything auto-renewing quietly.

Questions, answered

What counts as an item?
Anything with a date you can't afford to miss: a vendor contract, a professional license, an insurance policy, a state filing, a BAA, a certification, a domain.
Can my team use it without seeing every client?
Yes. Staff are assigned per client and see only those. Account owners and admins see the whole book of business.
How do reminders arrive?
In the app through the notification bell, and by email from Remi. Each person chooses in-app only or in-app plus email.
Can I get my data out?
Any time. The register exports to CSV in one click.
